DPD - Simple and fast
Your Nespresso coffees delivered the same day!
Mechelen, 26 September 2017 - Consumers are looking for greater simplicity and want to receive their deliveries when and where they choose. As a customer centric company, consistently at the forefront of innovation, Nespresso is expanding its offering with the launch of its 'Same Day Delivery' in Belgium. The concept is a simple one: order your favourite coffee, machine, cups or any other accessory before 12:00 and have it delivered the same day to the address you want!
Initial trials are already taking place in Antwerp, Mechelen and Brussels, to be extended to the rest of Belgium as of October.
With this service, Nespresso meets its customers' demands and reaffirms its commitment to optimal consumer satisfaction. Stéphane Detaille, Marketing Director at Nespresso Belux explains: "We listen to our customers and we decided to launch a delivery service that's unique in Belgium, with the help of DPD. If you make an order before noon, you can have it delivered wherever you want in Belgium. Nespresso continues to innovate, not only in the development of its coffees, machines and accessories, but also in the services it offers to its customers. Enjoying your favourite coffee is now even simpler and quicker."
"We're continuing to invest in our service strategy with a view to further expanding our B2C market offering” confirms Silvio Mestdagh, CEO of DPD Belgium. "The basic premise is that consumers are increasingly making their purchases online, across all product categories. Having this in mind, DPD has decided to work with Nespresso to develop a same-day ordering and delivery system. We're certain that through this collaboration with Nespresso, we'll be able to offer a similar formula to other customers."
